Job summary

CRM Tech India is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning. The role focuses on strengthening cloud-native security across the software development lifecycle and coordinating with development, cloud, and security teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in DevOps/DevSecOps, hands-on tensor with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and strong knowledge of security testing and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or DevSecOps.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning and secrets management.
• Understanding of IAM, network security, encryption and secure SDLC.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or other security frameworks is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field; cloud/security certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security testing tools into development and deployment workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Manage cloud security configurations across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking and security compliance checks.
• Collaborate with development, cloud, infrastructure and security teams.
• Monitor security events and continuously improve automation and controls.
