Job summary

SR NEXT is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer in Indore to join our on-site team. The role requires 5–6 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and security, with a focus on cost optimization.

You will design secure, scalable infrastructure, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and implement containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. Collaboration with development and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Terraform IaC.
• Strong Linux, Bash/Python scripting, and Git knowledge.

Job Overview

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with 5 - 6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, containerization, security, and cloud cost optimization.

The candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes environments.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
• Implement security practices across CI/CD, cloud, containers, and infrastructure.
• Manage IAM, access controls, secrets, vulnerabilities, and security configurations.
• Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, security, and logs.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.
• Implement cloud cost optimization through right-sizing, autoscaling, resource cleanup, and efficient resource utilization.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash/Python/PowerShell.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and architecture teams.
• Maintain infrastructure, deployment, and security documentation.

Required Skills

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, VPC/VNet, compute, storage, and monitoring.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

CI/CD & Containers

• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Helm is an advantage.

Security

• Understanding of Cloud Security, IAM, Secrets Management, and Vulnerability Management.
• Knowledge of SAST, SCA, DAST, container security, and security scanning.
• Exposure to tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, or Snyk.

Monitoring & Scripting

• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or GCP Monitoring.
• Good scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong Linux and Git knowledge.

Cloud Cost Optimization

• Experience with cloud cost monitoring and optimization.
• Knowledge of right-sizing, autoscaling, resource cleanup, and efficient cloud resource utilization.
• Exposure to AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or GCP Billing is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
