Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Test Engineer to drive testing, quality assurance, and test coordination across complex enterprise applications. The role involves ensuring product quality, usability, and serviceability by applying strong testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Perform and coordinate testing of all aspects of the product/system, including functional, regression, and system-level testing.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and capture test cases; ensure version control and proper test management.
Set up test environments, design test plans, develop test cases/scenarios/use cases, and execute or coordinate them.
Provide usability and serviceability feedback, trace results to quality risks, and report issues to stakeholders.
Record, analyze, and maintain defect logs and track resolutions.
Create master test plans and comprehensive test reports.

Qualification & Certification

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Test Engineer with hands-on testing exposure.
Strong knowledge of various testing techniques, including functional, regression, and system testing.
Experience with Middleware testing (MuleSoft, API, ESB).
Hands-on with Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in CI/CD integration tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB/TMap certification.
Experience with Tosca Tricentis for test automation and JMeter for performance testing.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo).
Familiarity with integration platforms such as IBM MQ, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
Strong SQL/database knowledge for backend validation.
Business knowledge of airline regulations, customs procedures, supply chain logistics, or postal sector is a plus.
