Job summary

Azilen Technologies is seeking a seasoned DevOps and Cloud Engineering leader to design secure, scalable platforms and drive cloud strategy across AWS and Azure. You will mentor teams, own CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, and security while partnering with senior engineers and business stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Manager role.
• Strong experience designing and managing AWS and Azure cloud environments and production infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, release management, and deployment strategies.

Lead the DevOps and Cloud Engineering function by designing secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective platforms. Drive cloud strategy, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, security, reliability, and engineering excellence while mentoring teams and partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Manager role.
• Strong experience designing and managing AWS and Azure cloud environments and production infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, release management, and deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Docker, container orchestration, scaling, and production operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, VPC/VNet, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, routing, security groups, and connectivity.
• Experience with infrastructure and automation using Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, and configuration management.
• Strong experience with S3, RDS, MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL, Redis, Kafka/MSK, and CloudWatch.
• Experience building observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity.
• Experience managing production incidents, RCA, capacity planning, performance optimization, and operational readiness.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, including mentoring, hiring, performance development, technical reviews, and team growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to translate technical challenges into business outcomes.

• Ability to evaluate new technologies and establish practical standards without unnecessary complexity.
