Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] seeks a Lead Engineer - DevSecOps to own cloud platforms, DevSecOps pipelines, and operational excellence across enterprise programs in Coimbatore. The role requires 5.5–7.5 years of experience and hands-on expertise with cloud, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD.

You will design, govern and optimize DevSecOps frameworks, lead Kubernetes platform engineering, manage security, and mentor teams while driving incident management and RCA

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
• Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and Docker administration.
• Experience designing DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Strong Linux admin skills and performance tuning.
• Proficient in Python and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, load balancers, DNS and WAF.
• Familiarity with monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) and log tooling (ELK/Splunk).
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible.
• Exposure to MLOps and data platforms is a plus.
