Detailed Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer supporting Skywalk Consultants in Noida, India, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of on-premises physical server infrastructure, container orchestration clusters, automated build pipelines, and system monitoring platforms across mission-critical enterprise environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning, configuring, and maintaining on-premises physical servers, bare-metal hardware, and virtualized enterprise systems, building, optimizing, and troubleshooting automated CI/CD deployment pipelines utilizing Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory, and Docker Registry, authoring configuration management playbooks and automation scripts utilizing Ansible, Chef, Bash, and Python, implementing robust infrastructure monitoring, centralized logging, and performance tuning for microservices architectures, collaborating closely with cross-functional software engineering, QA, and infrastructure squads in Agile sprint cycles, conducting rigorous root cause analysis (RCA) and rapid incident remediation for production server anomalies, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of deployment topologies, server configurations, and operational runbooks. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex hardware and pipeline bottlenecks under strict service level agreements.
