Job summary

NeoXam, a leading B2B fintech software vendor, is hiring a DevOps Engineer in Noida, India. This hands-on role focuses on owning the design, automation, and reliability of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across multiple products and client environments.

You will enable fast, safe, and repeatable software delivery, with opportunities to shape standards across engineering as the initiative matures.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, Terraform preferred.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Working knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or equivalent).
• Solid Linux system administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPC,firewalls).
• Comfortable working end-to-end autonomously, from design to production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support multiple engineering teams and products.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure as code across environments (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent).
• Deploy, operate, and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production health visibility.
• Automate configuration management, release processes, and routine operational tasks to reduce toil.
• Define and enforce security, access control, and secrets management practices across the infrastructure (DevSecOps).
• Continuously improve system reliability, deployment speed, and cost efficiency based on real usage and incidents.

The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own the design, automation, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The problem space is clear: engineering teams need fast, safe, and repeatable ways to build, test, and ship software across multiple products and client environments. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with end‑to‑end ownership, from infrastructure design to production operations. What You Will Work On
