Job summary

Qcentrio in India is seeking an experienced software engineer with hands-on .NET/Java development and strong cloud & DevOps skills. You will work with GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker to migrate and operate cloud-native apps, primarily on Azure, with focus on automation and collaboration across offshore teams.

The role requires proactive communication, ability to perform under pressure, and a readiness to coordinate migrations from On-Prem to Cloud.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development in .NET/Java stack.
• Proficiency with GitHub or GitLab and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience building and managing pipelines across projects.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Splunk and helm charts.
• Experience with YAML, Terraform, Ansible.
• Cloud frameworks and Azure implementation.
• Docker and containerized applications knowledge.
• Databases experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with SCA tools and code analysis.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Groovy.
• Awareness of Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Onsite-Offshore coordination experience.
• Migration of applications from On-Prem to Cloud (Azure).
• Ability to follow standardized migration steps.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development in .NET/Java programming.
• Operate with GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain deployment pipelines.
• Work with Kubernetes, Splunk and helm charts.
• Author YAML, Terraform, and Ansible configurations.
• Engage with Azure cloud implementations.
• Manage Docker-based containerized applications.
• Work with Postgres databases.
• Utilize code analysis and SCA tools as needed.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in migrations.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore activities and migrations from On-Prem to Azure.
• Follow standardized migration factory steps.
• Maintain clear communication and teamwork under pressure.

• Hands on development experience in .net/Java programming language
