Job summary

Tech ECS Limited in India seeks an experienced AWS Kubernetes DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable EKS clusters on AWS, with focus on automation, security, and high availability.

You will work across teams to optimize AWS services, implement IaC, and ensure performance of cloud-native apps, using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD tools. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure container security, networking, storage, and overall cloud security.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Kubernetes (EKS) DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters on AWS. The role involves managing AWS infrastructure, automating deployments using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring container and network security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable seamless application integration. The candidate will play a key role in optimizing AWS services, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ensuring high availability, security, and performance of cloud-native applications.

Must Have Skills (Mandatory)

• Solid hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Expertise in Kubernetes (AWS EKS) deployment and management.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Proficiency with Docker and containerization best practices.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security in cloud environments.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with container and network security best practices.
• Exposure to application development methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (diagrams, procedures, configs).
