Solytics is looking for a DevOps engineer. As an DevOps Platform Engineer, you will drive innovation using advanced technologies to help business teams deliver new capabilities and improvements across our entire customer experience. This position will merge software engineering, modern DevOps, and deployments to help teams deploy at scale. You will use technical knowledge, hardware engineering, and software development to build technology-centric solutions that accelerate the development across the company. The DevOps engineer will be involved in various stages of each product's lifecycle and should remain abreast of technological advancements to promote efficiency. You should also keep track of customer reviews to enhance marketability. To ensure success as a DevOps engineer, you should ensure that all outputs remain safe for public consumption. Ultimately, a top‑notch DevOps engineer will demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the capacity to mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of various DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, sonarqube, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Should be proficient with Docker and Docker commands.
• Working knowledge of kubernetes and application deployment on Kubernetes.
• Creating CI/CD pipeline for Automation using Jenkins and code pipeline.
• Managing Containerized Builds for python and node.js, angular and java application.
• Enable engineering teams to deliver their code to production in a fast, secure and reliable way
• Provide critical feedback to engineering teams in early project stages on best practices for creating new services, defining configuration and handling sensitive data
• Set up and maintain Dev, QA, and Production infrastructure
• Provide second level support for issues wrt to compute, network and storage on Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of features and capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Key Vault, Service Bus, Storage, Resource Groups, Application Insights,Load-Balancers).
• Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA/DR considerations
• Work with clients to ensure smooth and successful implementation, delivery and deployment of complex solutions
• Good to have: Monitor key infrastructure components like database, servers, CI systems and public facing services for performance degradation, downtimes and security breaches.

Key Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of SDLC and DevOps workflow
• Hands on experience of managing cloud infra in production.
• Hands on experience of container orchestration tool like Docker.
• Hands on experience of asynchronous processing
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and stakeholder management skills. Multitasking and prioritization skills
• Experience with API, Micro services development and deployment
• Good to have: Working knowledge of load balancing and scaling
• Experience in design and deployment of Kafka.
