Veradigm in Pune is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of software engineering experience to scale and maintain our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across on-premises and Azure-hosted environments. The role combines development, operations, and infrastructure responsibilities in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions to automate builds, enforce security, and support both legacy and modern applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with DevOps exposure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Strong Azure experience and Terraform.
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash).

Senior DevOps Engineer (7+years)- Pune, Hybrid

Veradigm is expanding its DevOps Engineering team and is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior DevOps Engineer to support and evolve our platforms and systems. This role is critical to the success of our VEHR/VPM/VIE products and will be responsible for building and deploying solutions and services in on‑premises and hosted environments. Simultaneously, it will also support Azure environments used by the Dev/QA teams.

How you will make an impact:

• Knowledge of secure DevOps practices related to builds, GitHub actions, infrastructure creation, security compliance, etc.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef) is a plus.
• Able to work with developers supporting both modern and legacy applications.
• Comfortable with debugging build failures and deployment issues.
• Self‑driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Capable of mentoring junior DevOps team members.

You are a great fit if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably across development, operations and infrastructure.
• Experience with version control (GitHub environments, GitHub expertise and Git workflow best practices).
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with hands‑on experience with GitHub actions.
• Expertise in Azure cloud platforms including compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, monitoring and alerting.
• Strong experience with Terraform for managing Azure infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Azure specific resources (App services, Azure SQL, Key Vault).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python or Bash. Experience writing deployment scripts, cleanup routines, log parsers and tooling for development teams.
• Experience supporting applications built in VB6, Delphi and .NET (framework and core)—build and deployment automation.
• Ability to work around outdated or manual build processes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor/Application Insights, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Azure and/or Terraform certifications are a plus.
