Job summary

Accenture is seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead IaC and DevOps practices across multiple infrastructure domains. You will enable automated CI/CD deployments, integrate infrastructure components, and build orchestration tools to improve security, scalability, and reliability.

The role requires strong Terraform and Azure DevOps experience, plus Python/PowerShell scripting to automate workflows in hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices across multiple infrastructure domains, including network, platform (Windows/Linux), databases, and other towers .
Candidate will act as an enabler and transformation driver, helping teams transition to automated IaC , CI/CD-driven operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Drive adoption of DevOps practices across cross-functional teams, enabling a shift from manual operations to automate, version-controlled, and repeatable processes.
Integrate infrastructure components into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps to enable automated deployments and lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain automated workflows for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operations across domains using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Drive adoption of automation-first and DevOps practices/mindset across traditionally siloed teams.
Build and maintain scripts and tools to support infrastructure orchestration, monitoring, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and continuously optimize automation pipelines and infrastructure deployments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Enable teams through guidance, mentoring, and reusable templates, accelerating organization-wide DevOps adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including module design, state management
Hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Proficiency in scripting(Mainly Python/PowerShell ) , with experience in building automation tools, API integrations, and orchestration workflows.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and experience in automating infrastructure in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
Experience in designing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, including version control, automated testing, and policy enforcement.
Ability to think in terms of automation, reusability, and standardization rather than one-off implementations.

HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
