MYCOM OSI Gurgaon is seeking a CI/CD Lead to drive software builds across six product lines. You will maintain a 24x7 delivery platform, enabling automation from build to deployment. You will continuously improve methods and tooling for faster, reliable releases.

The role requires scripting, CD/CI expertise, and experience with containerized environments (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes). Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Software background with scripting proficiency (Shell, Python).
• Proven experience managing CD/CI processes and tools in a software environment.
• Experience with industrial/carrier-grade software.
• Proficient in configuration management tools (Git, Perforce) and build automation (Jenkins).
• Experience leading architectural transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Evaluate, implement and supports methods and tools for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

Permanently re-evaluates methods and tools efficiency and drives continuous improvement

Key Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Support existing 24x7 Continuous Delivery platform (SCM, binary repositories, automation pipelines, ...)
• Architect, communicate and enforce R&D teams practices and deliverables to ensure delivery and deployment automation
• Aim at end to end Continuous Delivery through continuous improvements of the build, delivery, deployment practices and tools, in consensus with the R&D and TechOps teams

Skills (technical and non-technical) & Qualifications

Must have

• Software background, and ability to script efficiently (shell, python)
• Proven experience in managing Continuous Delivery processes and tools in a software editor organization
• Experience with industrial/carrier grade software
• Proficient in Configuration Management practices and tools (git, Perforce), Build automation tools (Jenkins), containerized environment (Openshift, docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in leading architectural transformation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
