Job summary

Incedo in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on Azure experience to join an immediate joiner role in a 5-day onboarding window.

You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automate provisioning with ARM/Bicep/Terraform, and secure Azure resources while collaborating with data and security teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
• Bachelor's or masters degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, DP-203) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM templates / Bicep / Terraform.
• Manage Azure resources (AKS, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Networking, VNets).
• Enable secure data workloads by supporting deployment of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
• Work with data teams to optimize data pipelines, orchestration, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure IAM, RBAC, policies, and compliance are applied consistently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build, release, and infrastructure issues across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, Git Repos, Boards, Artifacts).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using ARM templates / Bicep / Terraform.
• Manage Azure resources (AKS, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Networking, VNets, Firewalls, etc.).
• Enable secure and optimized data workloads by supporting deployment and integration of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
• Work with data teams to optimize data pipelines, orchestration, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure IAM, RBAC, policies, and compliance are applied consistently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build, release, and infrastructure issues across multiple environments.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Git, Repos, Boards, Artifacts).
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Proficiency in Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, Monitoring).
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and release management.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with containers & orchestration (Docker, AKS, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of security best practices (Key Vault, Managed Identity, Networking, RBAC).

Good to Have (Plus Skills)

• Hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ETL/ELT orchestration.
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks (clusters, jobs, notebooks, automation).
• Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics (pipelines, SQL pools, integration).
• Familiarity with event‑driven architectures (Event Hub, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Experience integrating DevOps practices in data engineering / analytics projects.

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering roles.
