Job summary

Timble Glance is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain mission‑critical infrastructure for global algorithmic trading. You will bridge development and live trading, ensuring zero‑latency performance and 100% system availability.

The role requires advanced Linux administration, Python scripting, and hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, and GitLab CI. You will lead incident resolution, optimize SQL queries, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, fault‑tolerant systems for high‑frequency trading environments.
• Ability to tune Linux servers and Python environments for speed.
• Track record of leading incident management with RCA and preventive fixes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins and Ansible.
• Experience with advanced logging/monitoring using Prometheus/Grafana.
• Relational database management and optimized SQL for reporting.
• Mentor and document processes for DevOps team.
