Job summary

Krish TechnoLabs is seeking a CloudOps/DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, Linux administration, deployment automation, and monitoring. You will help improve availability, performance and security of client environments.

You’ll handle ongoing server management, support tickets, deployment pipelines, and automation to streamline processes. 1–2 years of experience and familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps, Linux administration, or infrastructure support.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and RDS.
• Good understanding of Linux commands, file permissions, processes, services, and log analysis.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals incl. DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, and firewalls.
• Basic experience with Git and at least one CI/CD platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, container management, and application deployment.
• Basic understanding of Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of web servers such as Nginx or Apache and basic database administration concepts.
• Familiarity with incident troubleshooting, ticket management, and technical documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake ongoing management, maintenance and administration activity of remote server(s) for clients.
• Attend, manage and rectify technical support queries belonging to active managed hosting services contracts.
• Work on performance tuning, package pulling/installation, updates patch management, network and server management issues.
• Managing helpdesk/tickets and technical support operations for all clients along with planning of scheduled maintenance where required.
• Learn new technologies and convert them into customer solutions.
• Achieve onboarding of new clients onto the hosting infrastructure; streamline deployment processes with automation for faster, secure deployment.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and rectification of various system resources, software components, or other network infrastructure related problems.
• Manage dedicated & virtual servers environment onboarding setups and assist applications deployments as-well-as migration.
• Mentoring Network and IT team on various aspects and maintaining ongoing assistance for all vital priorities.
• Constantly improve security practices, deployment and automation methodologies.
• Maintain Health check report of IT-Infrastructure, Break-down reports and other analytics as required by management.
• Accountable for compliance of ISO and other security standards.

We are looking for a CloudOps / DevOps Engineer with experience in cloud infrastructure, Linux administration, deployment automation, and monitoring. The candidate will support day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain deployment pipelines, and help improve the availability, performance, and security of client environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Site24x7, New Relic, or Datadog.
• Familiarity with Magento / Adobe Commerce hosting environments.
• Experience communicating with clients and coordinating technical issue resolution.
