Job summary

Qube Cinema is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support development, CI/CD and deployment across cloud and on‑prem environments. The role emphasizes Linux, scripting, Kubernetes, and IaC to improve performance, security, and reliability.

You will work with AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, and containerized workloads, ensuring scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure and smooth software delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in a DevOps capacity or similar role.
• Experience with AWS components including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM.
• Strong scripting in Shell, Python, and Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, support, and maintain Cloud and On‑prem resources for development and production environments.
• Create, maintain, and enhance test, validation, and logging infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the software stack from development to deployment.
• Performance tuning and monitoring to deliver scalable, fault‑tolerant infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to refine, build, test, and release practices.
• Proactive monitoring of server systems and releases across projects.
• Improve provisioning, automation, configuration, integration, deployment, and release processes.

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support development, CICD and deploy product to service. The ideal candidate should have expertise and relevant knowledge in Linux OS, Networking, Hardware integration, Shell scripting, Python, Go, Systemd, Kubernetes, Container and Cloud technologies, thereby enhancing system performance, security, and stability while ensuring smooth operations.Skillset:

• Should posses skill set to work on AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud


• Scripting for automation (Shell, Python and Go)


• Infra provisioning, IaC using Terraform, CDK and Cloudformation.


• Working knowledge with databased ( Postgres, MySQL and MSSQL)

• Proactive monitoring of server systems.


• Manage multiple concurrent releases/builds from different projects.


• Continuously work to improve provisioning, automation, configuration, integration, deployment, and release processes for company growth, user experience, and timely product delivery.


• Audit infra security and implement best practices.


• Build and MaintainIaCcode.


• Should handleSaaSand Installing and configuring opensource apps.


• Working knowledgewithContainers, and buildimages.


• Support Linux systems runningon-prem and on the Cloud.


• Support Windows systems runningon-prem and on the Cloud.


• Provide solutions to custom requirements.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of working experience in a DevOps capacity, preferably as a DevOps Engineer.


• Experience with AWS components, with most if not all components.


• Experience with ECS, SQS, SES, SNS, S3, EC2, Autoscaling, CloudFront, CloudWatch, VPC (Private & Public subnetting, NAT, Elastic Beanstalk).


• Experience in designing and managing highly available AWS RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) in a significant production environment.


• Defining IAM roles and policies.


• Strong Scripting experienceLinuxShell,PythonandGo.


• Strong Amazon/CentOS/UbuntuLinuxsystem administration skills (patching, configuration, etc.).


• Experience with GIT, SVN.


• CI/CD – Jenkins andGithubactions.


• IaC– Terraform, AWS CDK andCloudformation.


• Experience with Kubernetes, EKS and K3s.


• Experience withKafka,Rabbitmqand other messagingbrokers.
