Job summary

Comviva Technology in Bengaluru invites an experienced DevOps professional to lead CI/CD and DevSecOps initiatives for customer deployments. You will implement pipelines, automate deployments, and govern processes across teams with a strong focus on security and compliance.

You will manage incidents end-to-end, track KPIs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution within an Agile ITIL-aligned framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, security, compliance, vulnerability mgmt.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Linux administration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc).
• Experience in incident management, RCA, production support.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination.
• Ability to track KPIs, milestones and governance metrics.
• Understanding of Agile, ITIL, release and change management.

Responsibilities

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation to support customer deployment activities.
• Track and manage project plans for DevOps implementation, providing regular status updates to Project Managers.
• Lead and facilitate CI/CD governance calls with customers, ensuring alignment on processes and expectations.
• Drive automation across CI/CD processes, including security, compliance, and monitoring tools.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, conduct root cause analysis, and implement proactive risk-mitigation measures.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor customer experience metrics, track KPIs, and generate periodic progress reports for leadership review.
