WhiteLotus Talent Partners is seeking an Observability Enablement Engineer to help application teams adopt robust observability. The role focuses on dashboarding, alerting, and day-to-day Grafana platform operations with hands-on troubleshooting across Kubernetes environments.

You will collaborate with platform engineers, SREs, and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality observability and enablement across services.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in observability, monitoring, or reliability engineering in production environments.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Grafana dashboards and alerting at scale.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and troubleshooting cloud-native workloads.
• Experience operating observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and PromQL for dashboards and alerts.
• Hands-on experience with Python for automation or tooling.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience using pipelines to automate operational workflows or delivery of observability assets.
• Ability to analyse metrics, logs, and traces to debug production issues.
• On-call/operational support experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts to application teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with observability, monitoring, or reliability engineering in production environments.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Grafana dashboards and alerting at scale.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and troubleshooting cloud-native workloads.
• Experience operating observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and PromQL for building, querying, and troubleshooting metric-based dashboards and alerts.
• Hands-on experience with Python for automation, tooling, data analysis, or operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience using pipelines to automate operational workflows, configuration changes, or delivery of observability assets (dashboards, alerts, configuration).
• Ability to analyse metrics, logs, and traces to debug production issues effectively.
• Experience supporting systems in an on-call / operational support model.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to application teams.
