Job summary

Azilen Technologies is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems. The role requires hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring tools, along with scripting skills in Bash or Python.

You will work with AWS services like EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, and S3, and use Docker with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, and S3.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python to automate tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and production support understanding.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering.
• You have strong Linux and networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS, load balancers, and firewalls.
• You have hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, and S3.
• You are comfortable working with Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• You have experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• You can write scripts using Bash or Python to automate repetitive tasks.
• You have strong troubleshooting skills and understand production support and incident management.

What Will Excite Us

• Experience with Kubernetes or AWS ECS for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience with PostgreSQL backups, restores, and performance tuning.
