Job summary

StarZen is hiring a Senior Cloud/DevOps engineer to own end-to-end Azure-based deployments, cluster administration, and API integrations. You will manage Terraform/Bicep IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and on-call incident handling in a security-first environment.

The role requires 3+ years in Azure, experience with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, databases, and REST/OData APIs. Strong scripting and observability skills are essential, along with a proactive, documentation-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Azure-focused cloud engineering or DevOps experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric & OneLake, Dynamics 365 APIs, and ERP APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and query tuning; high availability.
• Experience administering Elasticsearch/OpenSearch clusters and MongoDB.
• Willingness to be on-call and own production incidents.
• Proficient in Bash, PowerShell, Python; CI/CD and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment pipelines, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with a security-first mindset and document processes.
• Integrate REST/OData APIs and troubleshoot integrations.
• Provide on-call coverage and rapid root-cause analysis when incidents occur.
