Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Platform Engineer to advance our DevOps automation and AI-powered workflows in Bengaluru. You will shape the automation platform, own GitLab foundations, and build scalable CI/CD pipelines across global teams.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in IT with deep hands-on experience in Python, AWS, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins-like tooling, and containerization. A DevOps mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience in SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

• Nautobot/NetBox or similar network management tools preferred.
• Experience in international environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Shape our DevOps Automation and AI journey.
• Own GitLab foundation including standards around repo creation, pipelines, and deployment.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Standardize and coordinate unit, integration, and security testing.
• Plan, coordinate, publicize, and monitor application releases and updates.
• Maintain the health and stability of automation and orchestration applications, plugins, pipelines, and functions.
• Define and document environment and infrastructure requirements (cloud, virtualized, physical).
• Define patterns and policies for safe use and deployment of AI-assisted automation.
• Work with Security and Risk teams to continuously assess our security posture.
• Interact with internal teams for requirements gathering and deployment coordination.

Overview

TNS Automation Development is looking for a passionate, motivated Platform Engineer to join our global team of Automation Developers and mature our devOps processes and automation infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience mapping, building, implementing, and maintaining platform management plans, great communication skills, and a passion for network automation. We’d prefer someone with 10-15 years in IT who adds a wide set of skills to our own.

Responsibilities

DevOps Automation Platform Engineer

The Platform Engineer Will:

• Help us shape our DevOps Automation and AI journey;
• Own our GitLab foundation including
• Standards around repo creation, pipelines, and deployment.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Standardize and coordinate unit, integration, and security testing.
• Plan, coordinate, publicize, and monitor application releases and updates.
• Maintain the health and stability of our automation and orchestration applications, plugins, pipelines, and functions.
• Define and document environment and infrastructure requirements, in particular around cloud, virtualized, and physical deployments.

• Work with Security and Risk teams to continuously assess our security posture.

The position will require interaction with internal teams (Global Systems, NOC, and stakeholders in the Business Units) for requirements gathering and deployment coordination.
