Job summary

AOT Technologies in Trivandrum, India seeks a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead our DevOps team in building scalable, secure infrastructure across multiple clouds. You will own CI/CD pipelines, IaC practices, and automation initiatives to improve deployment reliability and efficiency.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps, and security, with strong mentoring skills and the ability to drive improvements across the SDLC. On-site; Trivandrum office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years of DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations experience.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure reliable infrastructure and automated deployment processes.
• Design, implement and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across at least two major cloud providers.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.
