Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced DevOps/Release engineer to drive continuous deployment initiatives. The role involves configuring and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, leveraging Bitbucket and Artifactory for artifact management, and orchestrating releases with Jenkins, Ansible Tower, and XLR.

You will work with OpenShift-based deployments and Merlin scheduling, ensuring governance and traceability through Jira.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring and maintaining automated deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of CD/CI concepts and release management.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on Continuous Deployment (CD), including configuration engineering and automated code deployment.
• Bitbucket source control and Git-based workflows for versioning and collaboration.
• Artifactory used as a central repository for build artifacts and packages.
• Jenkins used for CI builds and pipeline execution.
• Ansible Tower used for deployment automation and configuration management.
• XebiaLabs Release (XLR) for deployment orchestration and release governance.
• OpenShift for container orchestration and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Merlin for automated deployment scheduling and execution.
• Jira for workflow management, issue tracking, and delivery governance.
