Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Private Limited is seeking a Senior DevOps & MLOps Engineer to design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automation, analytics and GenAI. You will deploy ML models, improve live automation, and collaborate with RPA teams across enterprise apps.

The role requires strong coding, containerization, and cloud skills, with a hybrid work pattern of 2 days in office weekly across Bengaluru offices.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in DevOps or MLOps in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with RPA tech such as WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, UiPath.
• Proficient in Selenium, Java, Python for automation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for DevOps, MLOps, and automation workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML and GenAI models in production for performance and reliability.
• Develop and enhance live automation and analytics projects with minimal operational disruption.
• Optimize GenAI workflows for cost, accuracy, and performance.
• Collaborate with RPA and enterprise apps teams to integrate automation solutions.
• Containerize and orchestrate with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with analytics and data teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Document processes and mentor junior team members.

What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for DevOps, MLOps, and automation workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML and GenAI models in production environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and enhance live automation and analytics projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while improving efficiency.
• Optimize GenAI solutions and workflows for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with RPA teams (WorkFusion, Selenium, Java, Python) to integrate and enhance automation solutions with enterprise applications.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Partner with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Document processes, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentor junior team members.

what you need to bring :

• 6-10 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related roles in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with RPA technologies such as WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.
• Proficient in Selenium, Java, and Python for automation development and testing.
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.
• Experience in deploying, optimizing, and enhancing ML/GenAI solutions, including frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services for automation, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.) and integrating automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for live systems.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Exposure to MLOps pipelines: MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
• Experience in monitoring and logging frameworks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI model fine-tuning, optimization, or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative DevOps practices.
