Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to build secure, scalable web applications and reporting, collaborating with Oracle EBS teams.

The role requires 4–6 years in Oracle APEX, strong SQL/PLSQL, and fluency in English, with opportunities to contribute to ERP integrations and REST/JS enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as an Oracle APEX developer, with at least 4 years in Oracle APEX.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and database programming.
• Strong knowledge of Apex development and Oracle database; experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oracle Apex Development: Develop and maintain web applications using Oracle Apex, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle databases, ERP, and 3rd‑party systems.
• PL/SQL Development: Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Performance & Data Optimization: Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and Apex applications to improve data processing efficiency.
• Security & Best Practices: Apply best practices in secure application development and data governance.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear technical documentation and collaborate with Oracle EBS functional and technical teams to align development with business goals.
• Requirements Analysis: Work with business users to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• UI Development: Develop and maintain UI components in Apex apart from the Stock UI.
