Job summary

In this hybrid role, you will design and manage intranets, implement secured applications, troubleshoot help desk issues, and maintain comprehensive API documentation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degrees in computer engineering or related fields.
• Experience with AI, API development, and cloud platforms.
• Strong debugging and documentation skills.

• Develop enhancements to application programs and reports following standards.
• Design and manage customers’ intranets.

Job Description

• Build web application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements
• Develop enhancements to application programs and reports following agreed application development standards and quality assurance regulations
• Design and manage customers’ intranets
• Implement, support, and manage secured applications
• Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system
• Implement preset operational standards and procedures
• Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals
• Develop detailed user training manuals, build up a knowledge-base for the section
• Develop, implement, and manage APIs using API management platforms;
• Design and maintain API documentation for internal and external use;
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate APIs into existing systems and applications;
• Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues as needed;
• Ensure API security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
