Job Description

Community Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for developerinquiries — answering questions on forums, GitHub, and community channels.
  
• Build trust and rapport with developers by helping themtroubleshoot issues and share solutions.
  
• Collect feedback from the community and relay insightsto Product and Engineering teams to improve the developer experience.
  

Education & Enablement

• Create and publish technical tutorials, blogposts, and how-to guidesthat showcase platform featuresand best practices.
  
• Develop and maintain reference applications, sampledatasets, and code repositoriesthat illustrate common usecases.
  
• Collaborate with the documentation team to improveclarity, accessibility, and usability of developer docs.
  
• Represent the company at developer meetups, webinars,and industry conferences (as speaker or panelist).
  
• Host and organize developer-focused webinars,live coding sessions, and workshops to onboard new users and highlightadvanced capabilities.
  
• Build authentic relationships with open-source anddeveloper communities.
  
• Amplify developer successstories through blogs, social posts, and demos.
  

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure SDKs,APIs, and developer tools are intuitive and well-documented.
  
• Provide developer feedback on new releases and advocatefor improvements that enhance usability and adoption.
  
• Work with Marketing to createcompelling technical content and drive community engagement initiatives.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• 3 + years in software development, developer advocacy,or related technical communication roles
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ableto explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
  
• Experience creating developer-focused content: blogs,videos, tutorials, or sample applications.
  
• Demonstrated passion for developer communities andhelping others learn.
  

Preferred

• Experience with data engineering, graph databases, orAI / ML frameworks is a strong plus.
  
• Prior experience working with open-source or developerecosystems (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Dev.to, etc.).
  
• Comfortable with public speaking, webinars, andconference presentations.
  
• Experience in building smallPOCs or sample integrations showcasing API or SDK usage.
  

Success Metrics

• Growth and engagement of developer community (forumparticipation, GitHub stars/forks, webinar attendance).
  
• Number and quality of developer tutorials, blogs, andreference apps published.
  
• Developer satisfaction scores (via surveys or feedbackloops).
  
• Reduction in developer support requests or improvedself-service rates.
