Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a technologist to join Trailblazer Relations APAC, advocating for enterprise developers on the Salesforce Platform and AI/data initiatives.

You will develop open-source demos, code samples, and technical content, presenting to live audiences across APAC, with occasional international travel. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing on the Salesforce Platform.
• Deep understanding of and passion for enterprise developers on Salesforce, with AI/data focus.
• Proven expertise in web apps, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apex, and APIs.
• Certifications or equivalent hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise with Salesforce Platform, AIforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud, creating content that integrates them with other Salesforce technologies.
• Build end-to-end apps and integrations to support team initiatives.
• Create code samples, prototypes, and demos that inspire Trailblazers adopting Salesforce AI-powered solutions.
• Write technical content and produce on-demand and live-streamed videos for APAC audiences.
• Support virtual and in-person events with talks, demos, and workshops.
• Collaborate with Trailblazer Community Leaders, MVPs, and other members to help them grow.
• Work with product and engineering teams as the voice of the Trailblazer in APAC.

Trailblazer Relations APAC is a team of creative, highly technical advocates, community builders, and program leaders. We inspire, enable, engage, and support the ever-growing Trailblazer community across Asia Pacific. We help Trailblazers succeed on the Salesforce Platform and use cutting-edge technologies like AIforce, Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Our work goes well beyond developer advocacy. We grow and support Trailblazer Community Groups, MVPs, and Group Leaders. We run community events and executive engagements. We also partner with customers, partners, and local ecosystems across the region. For developers, we write blog posts, produce video content, host workshops, and engage in person and virtually at Salesforce and third-party events.

We work closely with Trailblazer Community, Architect Evangelists, marketing, product management, engineering, and product marketing. We are the "voice of the Trailblazer" in APAC, bringing regional perspectives into the company to shape the Salesforce experience, especially around AI and data.

Who You Are

Were looking for an experienced technologist who embraces enterprise software development and is passionate about the transformative power of AI and data. Youre a creative thinker who understands when to choose visual builder tools or when building with code from scratch. Youre equally comfortable working with front-end and back-end programming languages, APIs, and are eager to explore new paradigms in AI-driven development.

You love going broad and deep, creating inspirational and technical open source demos, and complementing those demos with accessible written and video content. Youre comfortable sharing your knowledge in front of a camera, and youre looking forward to domestic (sometimes international) travel to present to live audiences of hundreds of people.

You Are Excited About This Role Because You Will:

• Develop and maintain your expertise with the Salesforce Platform, AIforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud, and create content that integrates them with other Salesforce technologies.
• Build end-to-end apps and integrations that support the programs and initiatives run by the team.
• Create code samples, prototypes, and visually compelling demos that inspire Trailblazers and help them succeed when adopting Salesforce, with a focus on AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, and scalable data architectures.
• Write technical content and produce on-demand and live-streamed videos that showcase practical applications across the Salesforce portfolio, tailored to APAC audiences and languages where relevant.
• Support virtual and in-person events, including Trailblazer Community Group meetups, with technical talks, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Work with Trailblazer Community Group Leaders, MVPs, and other community members to help them grow and succeed.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams as the "voice of the Trailblazer" in APAC.

• Certifications or equivalent hands‑on technical experience in Salesforce development.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, and experience making complex technical concepts accessible and understandable.
• A solid understanding of how quickly and constantly the ways people consume content and share their experiences are shifting.
• Drive to be a self-starter and, at the same time, a highly collaborative team player.
• Passion for learning and working with new technologies.
• A strategic mind and strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
