Job description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 15 years of experience to fill the role of Desktop Imaging (L3) in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with MDT & SCCM imaging and packaging, as well as a deep understanding of Windows OS deployment and modern device management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Administer and engineer imaging solutions using MDT & SCCM.
• Build and manage OSD task sequences for bare metal, in-place upgrade, and feature updates.
• Create and manage driver packages, Boot WIM, and image capture.
• Utilize and manage ADK, task sequence variables, HTA front ends, and UDI wizard.
• Configure BitLocker encryption through task sequences and scripts.
• Implement and manage MBAM, PowerShell/VB scripting, and SQL queries.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Windows endpoint and server systems.
• Build VHDs for VDI environments using Citrix and Script Optimizer.
• Troubleshoot BSODs, driver issues, and log files during imaging/testing.
• Deliver technical documentation, reports, and SOPs.

Job Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with MDT & SCCM imaging and packaging.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS deployment and modern device management (CMG, CDP).
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting, task sequence design, and BitLocker deployment.
• Good exposure to network inventory, boundaries, SCCM client troubleshooting, and application deployment.
• Experience with Windows 7 /8 /10 and Windows Server 2012/ 2016/ 2019.
• Ability to work independently and guide technical teams effectively.
