About The Role

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Designer with a strong aesthetic sensibility to create original illustrations and surface patterns for a wide range of products including home decor, travel accessories, and fashion accessories. You’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity, creating designs that resonate with contemporary audiences while standing out in a competitive market.

This role sits at the intersection of art, culture, and commerce — perfect for someone who lives and breathes design and is passionate about storytelling through motifs, colour, and form.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling illustrations, surface patterns, and print artworks for application across home decor, travel gear, and fashion accessories.
Translate seasonal trend research and brand narratives into commercially viable, on-brand designs.
Work closely with product, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesion across collections.
Create repeat patterns, engineered prints, placement graphics, and product mock-ups.
Collaborate with vendors and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
Maintain an organized library of artworks, tech packs, colourways, and print specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Textile Design, Illustration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in illustration or surface design (experience in lifestyle or fashion industry).
A strong portfolio demonstrating original illustration style, pattern development, and color sensibility.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate (knowledge of tools like Midjourney or AI art generators is a plus).
