Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic/visual designer in e-commerce or fashion.
• Hands-on with AI image tools and prompt-writing skills.
• Proficient in Photoshop for retouching AI outputs.
• Strong eye for color, fabric texture, drape and detail.
• Ability to deliver ~150 images per day with consistent quality.
• Organized with disciplined file naming, folder structure and daily tracking.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with saree/catalog imagery is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in design, fine arts, multimedia or a relevant field.
• Ability to convert mannequin and product images into AI model images.
• Write and refine prompts to maintain brand look and lighting.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, QC and Catalogue teams.
• Maintain a daily tracker and prompt library.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer, preferably in e-commerce, fashion or apparel.
• Hands-on experience with AI image tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo, Gemini or similar) and good prompt-writing skills.
• Working proficiency in Photoshop for retouching and correcting AI outputs.
• Strong eye for color, fabric texture, drape and detail.
• Ability to work at volume with consistent quality and meet daily targets.
• Organized with disciplined file naming, folder structure and daily tracking.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with apparel, ethnic wear or saree catalogue imagery is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in design, fine arts, multimedia or a relevant field.
• Convert mannequin and product images into AI model images using AI image generation tools.
• Deliver around 150 images per day, covering the existing backlog and new daily uploads.
• Prepare source images (crop, clean up, color-correct) before rendering.
• Write and refine prompts to keep model look, pose, background and lighting consistent with brand guidelines.
• Check every output for color, zari, border and print accuracy and for distortions in drape, hands, face or body. Redo or retouch where needed.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising, QC and Catalogue teams on priorities and publishing.
• Maintain a daily tracker covering images generated, approved, reworked and backlog remaining.
• Maintain a prompt library by product category so results are repeatable.
• Flag tool credit usage and recurring quality issues to reporting manager.
• Keep up with new AI image tools and suggest improvements.
