Job summary

FruitBowl Digital in Mumbai seeks an intern designer who sits at the intersection of art and business. You’ll help the business team grow by turning complex strategies into stunning visual showcases, from client pitches to managing our social media aesthetic.

You’ll collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to craft polished visuals, evolve our brand aesthetics across sub-brands, and build a portfolio of real-world client wins while learning design thinking and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a design program or recent graduate with portfolio.
• Strong visual aesthetics and ability to translate strategy into visuals.
• Proven ability to design compelling pitch decks and social visuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating pitch decks and client proposals with a visual emphasis.
• Own the visual direction of the agency’s social media content.
• Conduct moodboarding and visual research to guide client pitches.
• Collaborate with strategy and senior designer to translate ideas into visuals.
• Support in identifying design-led opportunities for the business.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Pitch Deck Power-Ups: Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft compelling, visually-driven proposals & designs that demonstrate our value across client verticles.
• Agency Social Media Management: Own the visual direction of our own digital pages to showcase our internal Creative Crew and latest projects.
• Visual Research & Moodboarding: Help the strategy team identify relevant trends and translate them into visual directions for potential clients.
• Outbound & Internal Upgrade: Work closely with the creative strategist & senior designer to identify any areas of data showcase and agency representation to the creative unique best.
• Growth Support: Assist in identifying any design led opportunities through a creative lens.
