Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in modern design tools (including AI-based design tools), and experience in managing creative teams. This role demands innovation, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual content aligned with short-term and long-term content marketing targets.
• Design visual content (Static creatives and Videos-Animated, Footage, Camera;Shoot etc.) that is appropriate for our various audiences to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data.
• Create and work on the Pre and post-production of video content for various content properties.
• Maintain organized content files.
• Keep a track of competitors and content trends.
• Manage timelines and prioritization of workload.

Your Superpowers

• Degree in graphic design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images and videos.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign).
• Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and learn new design practices and tools.
