Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a design engineer to handle design and development projects for centrifugal compressors. You will interact with team leaders and customers to present and discuss proposed designs.

Responsibilities include creating design plans, preparing manufacturing drawings, and ensuring quality to deliver first-time-right outputs. The role reports to the Team Leader and operates in a hybrid Pune/offsite setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5+ years industry experience in similar positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of centrifugal compressors.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, DIN and ISO standards.

• Update status sheet daily and submit to lead engineer for review.
• Conduct quality checks of self and team's output to achieve adhe rence to defined quality standards in order to deliver error free outputs FIRST TIME RIGHT.

Your role

You will handle projects for design and development, interact with Team leaders and customers, and present & discuss the proposed designs.

• Estimate time and provide inputs to project leader.
