Job description

A Mechanical Design Engineer designs, develops, and tests mechanical systems, products, and components (like machines, robotics, tools) by applying physics & engineering principles, using CAD software for modeling, creating technical drawings, writing specs, prototyping, and collaborating with manufacturing, ensuring designs are efficient, effective, and manufacturable from concept to production. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, technical research, simulation, and providing support for installation and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create and revise mechanical designs for new and existing products.
• CAD & Modeling: Use CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to produce detailed 2D/3D models and technical drawings.
• Analysis & Simulation: Perform simulations and experiments to test and improve designs.
• Prototyping: Oversee the development and testing of physical prototypes.
• Technical Documentation: Write specifications, operation manuals, and technical documentation.
