A prominent engineering firm in Gujarat is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to manage technical drawings and develop mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and experience with design tools such as Auto CAD and Solid Works, along with at least 4 years in fuel dispenser design. This role requires proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B. E Mechanical (Higher education, preferably Bachelor / masters in engineering. Complementarily)
• Language Skills: English, Gujarati, and Hindi
• Computer Skills: Office, SAP ERP, Solid Works, Auto CAD

MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Elaborate and manage technical drawings, namely in the domain of sheet forming, casting processes of ferrous and aluminum alloys & machined components.
2. Develop and interact with different software applications like solid works and related tools (like sheet metal and PDM enterprise).
3. Analyse customer needs and determine the requirements, capacity, and cost for developing a given mechanical system plan with the help of a Senior engineer.
4. Design maintenance and testing procedures for mechanical components and equipment.
5. Plan and develop applications and modifications for mechanic properties used in parts and systems to improve product performance.
6. Provide application domain expertise to product support personnel to solve field service issues.
7. Design and development of new products and to make drawings of parts.
8. Make a prototype for the new product.
9. Provide updated drawings of existing products to different departments and suppliers.
10. Design fixture for easy assembly of parts of the product. Present regular assembly projects handling: LPG assembly, automated meter & pump test rig maintenance plan development & troubleshooting present new project handling: FENIX 2000, FENIX 4000 dispenser design to manufacturing assembly support & training to workers.
11. Fuel Dispenser Design & Development experience 4 years including Design & development according to EN 13617/EN 14678 Standards
12. Knowing ATEX / CCOE / PESO / OIML / W&M / CDAC Approval is considered an added advantage.

Level of Education and Professional Experience

Including engineering, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing products.

Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes and common material properties; Experience integrating electrical and mechanical systems.
