Qualifications

• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; knowledge of GMP and CE standards is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conceptualize mechanical components for liquid processing and packaging machinery (e.g., vial washers, filling lines, cappers).
• Create precise 3D CAD models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for production.
• Customize standard machine designs for turnkey projects and specific client floor layouts.
• Ensure all designs strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and CE standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize machine performance, reduce costs, and resolve shop-floor assembly issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2-5 years as a Design Engineer in packaging machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, or Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
• Software: High proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of kinematics, pneumatics, and sheet metal design.
• Materials: Familiarity with stainless steel grades (SS 304/316L) used in sanitary and pharma environments.
