Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a skilled engineer to perform end-to-end Airbus concession work (T0 + T100) for fuselage details and assembly non-conformances. You will compile inspection data, validate information, and ensure accurate concessions using SAP PAC and Airbus tools.

The role requires strong knowledge of A350/A320/LR programs, prior T0 certification, and collaboration across quality, design, and supplier teams.

Job description

If you are passionate about Airbus Design Concession and you want to be part of a proactive, reactive, fast paced, exciting, customer focused and efficient Design Concession Engineering Team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out E2E concession (T0 + T100) for A350/A320/LR fuselage detail & assembly manufacturing non-conformances.
• Compiling inspection data and measurements provided by production into Airbus SAP, checking quality and validity of information to ensure accurate and legible concessions are submitted into the tool.
• Ability to identify the most efficient methods for analysis whilst ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirements.
• Able to liaise with multiple functions (e.g. Quality inspection, design, etc.) to ensure most appropriate information is included with consideration to cost, time, performance and quality requirements.
• Ability to explain and escal0? and an ability to mentor others.
• Using Airbus VPM, APSNG, GILDA, 3D JUMP, NOVODESK and CATIA V5 to verify and check accuracy of information, interrogating the DMU & Attributes checks as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience working on Airbus concession creation either directly for Airbus or the Supply Chain, for a minimum of three years and having held Airbus T0 Certification
• Knowledge across the A350/A320/LR programme, preferably with both metallic and composite fuselage capabilities and the assembly / MAP process.
• Understanding of both design and stress requirements when submitting concessions, to limit the number of returns for further information.
• Knowledge & experience of Airbus concession processes and procedures.
• Completed SAP Concession Origination Certification Training Course (T0) and proficient at using SAP PAC for concession origination.
• Working knowledge of VPM and CATIA V5 for interrogation and information retrieval (affected parts & assemblies and dimensional checking).
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures relating to concessions (A2406.2, M2223.1, M2223.2, ASR, IPC etc.)
• Preferably worked on design task relating to concession processing (T0 + T100).
• Experience of using Airbus Supply (e.g. DocMaster, AirNav etc.)
• Experience of automation of repeatable tasks / processes.
