About The Opportunity

A healthcare provider in the tertiary outpatient and inpatient dermatology and aesthetic medicine sector, delivering evidence-based clinical care, dermato‑surgery and cosmetic dermatology services in Kerala. We run high‑volume OPD services and procedure suites that combine medical dermatology, procedural dermatology and patient education—serving urban and semi‑urban populations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Run daily dermatology OPD and inpatient consults: assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin, hair and nail disorders.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, electrosurgery and minor dermatosurgery with accurate clinicopathologic correlation.
• Deliver medical and cosmetic treatments such as phototherapy and supervised laser procedures, maintaining high standards of patient safety and consent.
• Prescribe and manage topical, systemic and biologic therapies; monitor treatment response and adverse effects with appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with pathology, pediatrics, surgery and allied specialties for multidisciplinary care; elevate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain clinical records, participate in clinical audits, ensure infection control compliance and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• MD or DNB in Dermatology
• Current registration with the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council
• Hands‑on competence in dermoscopy and skin biopsy technique with histopathology correlation
• Proficiency in cryotherapy, electrosurgery and minor dermatosurgical procedures
• Experience delivering phototherapy (NBUVB) and supervised use of dermatology lasers
• Strong documentation practices and familiarity with outpatient clinical workflows

Preferred

• Fellowship or certificate course in Cosmetic Dermatology or procedural dermatology
• Experience with cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers) and advanced laser platforms
• Familiarity with EMR/Teledermatology platforms and participation in quality improvement or teaching activities
