Job summary

GX Group is seeking an experienced QA lead in India to drive end-to-end QA for OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, CPE, and mesh products. The role focuses on owning test strategies, validating features, analyzing customer issues, and advancing automation to ensure high release quality.

The candidate will coordinate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to deliver robust testing, interoperability testing, and defect management across multiple technology domains.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and processes (STLC/SDLC).
• Experience planning, executing, and managing defects across multiple products.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Azure DevOps/TestRail for test management and traceability.
• Ability to perform packet analysis and troubleshoot network issues across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, ONT/CPE, and Mesh products.
• Own test strategy, feature validation, customer issue analysis, automation initiatives, and release quality across product lines.
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and quality metrics.
• Perform customer issue replication, RCA, and interoperability testing.
• Lead automation initiatives and mentor QA engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Customer teams.

Lead end-to-end QA activities for OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, Broadband CPE, and Wi-Fi products. Own test strategy, feature validation, customer issue analysis, automation initiatives, and release quality across multiple product lines.

• Own complete QA lifecycle from requirement review to release sign-off.
• Lead validation of OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, ONT/CPE, and Mesh solutions.
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and quality metrics.
