Job summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is seeking a Deputy Manager in Pune for Third Party Risk Management within Cyber Strategy & Transformation. You will bridge client teams and internal experts while overseeing risk assessments and regulatory compliance across third-party engagements.

Lead security architecture reviews for AI-enabled environments and ensure high-quality project delivery with strong stakeholder communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/InfoSec/Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of cybersecurity consulting, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT.

Your Work Profile

• As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
• Technical Leadership: Experience overseeing security architecture reviews for AI-enabled platforms and data environments.
• Client & Project Management: Proven consulting experience managing client relationships, teams, and project deliverables.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, executive presentation, and report writing skills.

Key Skills Required

• Lead the use of TPRM tools such as ServiceNow, Archer, and ProcessUnity.
• Ensure compliance with DORA, FedRAMP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee privacy risk assessments for third-party engagements.
• Manage ITGC, PCI DSS, and third-party control testing activities.
• Review risk assessment results and provide executive-level reporting.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Deep expertise in third-party risk management, IT security, and compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as DORA and FEDRAMP.
• Hands-on experience with tools used in third-party risk management.
• Knowledge of privacy frameworks and data protection requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Qualification/ Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, risk management, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
• Deep expertise in third-party risk management, IT security, and compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO 22301 LA, are highly desirable.
• Experience with control testing methodologies including ITGC and PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as DORA and FEDRAMP.
• Hands-on experience with tools used in third-party risk management.
• Knowledge of privacy frameworks and data protection requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill
• B. E / B-Tech (Tier 1/2) or master’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, risk management, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
