Job summary

Valeo is a global tech company and automotive supplier. Valeo’s Pune site seeks a P0 Project Manager to lead major projects, manage scope, budgets, and milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across a dynamic, international environment.

As a regular, full-time role in Site Projects, you will drive profitability, ensure quality, and maintain transparent client communications while promoting Valeo values and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in P0/critical project management.
• Strong budgeting and milestone planning abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CIP and PM Handbook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project changes from customers and Valeo needs (quality, profitability, reliability).
• Ensure project objectives in terms of profitability, quality, cost, timing.
• Prepare project reviews at PSC and PMC level for milestones.
• Prepare and submit IAR; manage PTMs and project team objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with clients on project progress.
