    • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers, innovative solutions, and competitive pricing
  • Supplier Management
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organization’s quality, cost, and service requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
    • Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service levels.
