Responsible for ensuring adherence to approved plans and safety protocols, the Manager directs drilling, blasting, and coal seam removal activities, guiding shift leaders to meet production targets. Collaborating closely with colliery engineers, they facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and preparatory works, while also managing equipment maintenance and contractor relations. The Manager plays a pivotal role in driving productivity, cost reduction, and safety enhancement measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and DGMS standards.

Educational Qualification:

Essential: B.Tech/B.E-Mining with first Class Mine Managers Certificate - Coal
