Collaborating closely with colliery engineers, they facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and preparatory works, while also managing equipment maintenance and contractor relations. The Manager plays a pivotal role in driving productivity, cost reduction, and safety enhancement measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and DGMS standards.
