Adani Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Dy. Manager - Construction Civil - Projects to lead civil engineering activities from planning to commissioning in Raigarh, India. You will drive site supervision, vendor coordination, and QA/QC to meet safety, quality, and budget targets.

The role requires 8–10 years of progressive civil project management experience in power/energy, with proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and MS Project. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Lead the civil engineering activities from project initiation to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.

Site Management

Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring safety protocols, construction methods, and environmental standards are strictly followed in alignment with Adani’s safety-first culture.

Technical Supervision

Review and approve civil engineering drawings, designs, and specifications, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.

Vendor and Contractor Management

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure material procurement, resource allocation, and work execution are aligned with project requirements.

Quality Assurance & Control

Implement and monitor quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure all civil works meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

Cost Management

Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and monitor expenditures to optimize resource utilization without compromising quality or timelines.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks related to civil construction activities and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, compliance records, and technical documentation to facilitate transparency and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to foster effective communication and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
