Business Development - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Basebuild/Greenfield Projects)

Main Purpose
- To support the development and growth of profitable new business
- Develop and maintain effective key client relationships.
- Coordinating with the Business Development Team
- To ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- New business development for Project Management Vertical.
- Identification and segregation of potential market segments
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
- Handling meeting with clients
- Develop relevant business proposals and present to for potential clients
- Preparation and submission of commercial proposals
- Attention to detail and timely submissions
- Review and respond to RFP
- Regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders.
Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy
- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision‑making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long‑term profitability
- Support team to ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
- Support to develop, review and report on the business development activities, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed
- Coordinate and work along with PMC team
Qualifications
- Civil/Architecture Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
- Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey process
- Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Proficiency in preparing and analysing commercial proposals and RFPs
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
