Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited in India seeks a qualified CA to manage corporate treasury operations. The role covers opening LCs, bank guarantees, FDRs and amendments, and tracking bank charges. You will coordinate with banks and ensure timely payments and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel and SAP skills, and a sound understanding of banking processes, budgeting and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury.
• Experience with LC, BG, FDR, and bank reconciliations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Open LCs, bank guarantees, and FDRs; manage amendments.
• Analyze bank statements and process regular interest payments.
• Coordinate LC discounting with banks.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Support fund-raising processes from start to deal completion.

Description du poste

• Corporate Treasury Operations & Management
• Opening of Letter of Credits / Bank Guarantees and Fixed deposits and making amendments in LC's, Renewal of bank Guarantees and FDR's
• Analysis of account statement of banks and further making regular payment of interest as well as refund of excess interest charged by banks
• Discounting of LC's and coordinating with banks regarding the same.
• Updating all deposited & withdrawal (ECS Cheque/Cash from diff. location) from bank a/c.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements.
• Handle Accounts Documentation like Debit & Credit Note and the Billing System of company.
• Participating in the entire process of fund raising from start up to the completion of the deals
