You will manage health, motor and home insurance policies, maintain renewal rates, and ensure branch activation within the cluster, contributing to the growth of bancassurance revenues.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Experience in bancassurance or banking channel is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with HDFC Bank branch stakeholders to generate leads and drive business.
• Attend morning huddles at bank branches to align on goals.
• Sell fresh health, motor and home insurance across the bank branch cluster.
• Maintain renewal percentages across branches.
• Ensure activation of branch clusters with health and non-health products.
